Recognition of courses taken at the other university within Erasmus+ / the other Exchange programs at ITU

Within Erasmus+ / the other Exchange programs, the students going to the other universities must turn back with original transcripts, Learning Agreements, Change Learning Agreement and Recognition Sheet related with the forms upon turning back to ITU in order to recognize the courses they took. If not delivered to the Registrar’s Office until the end of add-drop period of courses, the student’s system will be restricted at the first Monday of add-drop week and this restriction will be abolished upon recognition of the courses. In order to get a student certificate, restricted students can demand to abolish the restriction temporarily but if the restriction is still there, the student cannot choose the courses or they will not graduate.
