In accordance with the decision taken at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 21.07.2023, candidates who are in the Research Assistant position (provided that they are at ITU or a state university) in accordance with Article 50/d and 33/a of Law No. 2547 and graduated from our University's Master's Programs in the 2025 -2026 Academic Year Spring Semester will receive the Master's Degree they graduated from.
