Course Description
Selection of the project area. Determination of general and environmental characteristics of the project area. The quantity and characteristics of pollutants. Related legal framework. The relation of the project with national/regional wastewater management plans. Process alternatives regarding treatment/disposal/reuse. Preparation and presentation of preliminary design project. Preparation of preliminary design according to the appropriate alternative. Feasibility report and project drawings.
