Course Description
The primary objective of this course is for students to learn basic biochemical methods for purifying and characterising industrially important enzymes. In the course, each period begins with the production of the recombinant enzyme. Following by the purification of this enzyme by using different types of chromatography techniques, characterisation is carried out by using the gel electrophoresis and enzyme kinetic experiments.
