1- Original copy of the exam result submitted in application

2- Original High School Diploma (if the diploma is not in Turkish or English, certified translation in Turkish or English needed)

3- Equivalence certificate of the diploma (From Turkish Ministry of Education-Board of Education and Discipline or Turkish Consulates abroad)

4- Original High School Transcript (If the transcript is not in Turkish or English, certified translation in Turkish or English needed)

5- Official ID or Passport (Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığının 01.07.2021 tarihli 45665 Sayılı yazısına istinaden lise öğrenimini Yurtdışında tamamlamış TC uyruklu öğrencilerin pasaport veya emniyet kayıtlarından diplomanın alındığı ülkeye giriş ve çıkışlarının kontrol edilmesi amacıyla pasaport belgeleri ile beraber Pasaportlarının üzerindeki ilgili ülkeye giriş-çıkış mühürlerinin tamamının fotokopileri veya E-devlet üzerinden temin edilebilecek barkodlu Yurda Giriş/Çıkış Belgesi yükleme/ibraz etmeleri zorunludur.)
