| In this course, to create awareness about the functions of Human Resources Management and the expectations of business life;
This course focuses on the fundamentals of individual behavior, personality factor in recruitment, selection and placement of
personnel, team building and management. In this course, the factors affecting motivation of employees and satisfaction of
work, organizational justice, organizational commitment and organizational silence, leadership approaches, communication
between individuals and within the organization, psychological intimidation (mobbing), causes and consequences of extinction in
working life are discussed. |
