| Course Description |
| This course covers the basic concepts of the generation of petroleum and natural gas in source rocks, their
migration to reservoir rocks and their accumulation in various types of traps in the subsurface. The course will
also introduce geological concepts and techniques applied to exploration for and production of petroleum and
natural gas. Unconventional hydrocarbon resources are also introduced. |
