Course Description
General philosophy of art. The Industrial Revolution. evolution of painting, sculpture and handcrafts before the Concepts of art and handicraft. Various conceptions of art and Antic, Medieval, and Turkish art. Detailed introduction of the handicraft throughout the important works of art and artist of these periods.
