| The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; motivation
(content theories, process theories); rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group and team
behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups, intra-team dynamics); conflict management; organizational power and
politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and
