| In the digital age where competition is prominent, the most important competitive advantage in commercial life is of course
possible with the production of technological products with high added value. The main way to achieve this is through R&D and
being a company focused on technology production. Being able to do R&D is a multilateral relationship that directly concerns those
who do it, those who have it done, and those who use the outputs of R&D. In this R&D Law course, we will discuss these relations,
the rights and obligations of the parties. |
