Changes in Identity Information After Graduation
In order to make changes in the identity register due to marriage, court decision, naturalization or denaturalization,
- Certified copy of the court decision, photocopy of marriage certificate or identity register copy (The original is submitted. The photocopy of the document is confirmed by writing the name and title of the relevant officer after checking the conformity to the original.)
- Application petition
An application is required to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office with the above-mentioned documents. Applicants from outside of Istanbul can send their documents to ITU Ayazağa Campus Registrar's Office Diploma Bureau Maslak / ISTANBUL (İTÜ Ayazağa Kampüsü Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı Diploma Bürosu Maslak/İSTANBUL)
Registry changes are signed by the General Secretary by adding the necessary explanation and annotation on the back of the diploma and necessary arrangements are made on the diploma book. However, if a diploma has not been on the application date, necessary changes are made on Student Information System and all documents to be issued are prepared regarding up-to-date information.
