Document Submission for Newly Registered International Graduate Students in the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year


International graduate students who registered in the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year are required to submit the documents listed below — which were uploaded during the application or registration process — to the Student Affairs Office between October 13–17, 2025.

  • Exam Result Document (ALES, GRE, or GMAT)
  • Bachelor's Transcript
  • Master's Transcript (Doctoral students must also submit this document.)
  • Bachelor's Diploma or Graduation Certificate
  • Master's Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Doctoral students must also submit this document.)
  • Valid English Proficiency Document (Students who uploaded this document during application or registration must also submit it.)
  • Equivalency Certificate for Diplomas Obtained from Universities Outside of Turkey (Students who fail to submit the equivalency certificate by the end of the 2025-2026 Fall Semester will have their registration cancelled.)
