Place, Date, and Time for Document Submission of Students Placed in Our University’s Associate and Undergraduate Programs for the 2025 - 2026 Academic Year

The place and dates for submitting the required documents of students who have been placed in our university’s undergraduate programs and have completed final registration based on YKS or DGS exam results are indicated below. It is important that you submit the required documents completely on the specified day and time allocated to you in order to avoid congestion.

Required Documents:

1. Diploma
   A- High School Diploma (for those placed via YKS): Original or certified copy of the diploma, or a recently issued graduation certificate
   B- Associate Degree Diploma (for those placed via DGS): Original or certified copy of the diploma, or a recently issued graduation certificate
2. 4 photographs sized 4.5 cm x 6 cm (The photographs must have been taken within the last six months and must clearly identify the candidate. The student number must be written on the back of each photo.)
3. E-Government Registration Certificate (for students who registered through the e-Government system)
4. Seafarer’s Health Examination Certificate (for students enrolled in all programs of the Faculty of Maritime Studies, ITU-TRNC Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering, and Marine Engineering programs)
5. Health Report (A “Health Board Report” obtained from a fully equipped hospital or a “Single Physician Report (Family Physician)” certifying health status) (for students enrolled in conservatory programs)
