2026-2027 Fall Semester Graduate Application Results and Registration Process for International Students

Primary and Reserve List

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the full names and surnames of the relevant persons are announced in encrypted form. Please also check the results by candidate number.

All candidate students on the main list must complete the final registration on the website http://www.sis.itu.edu.tr/onkayitlar/LUKabul/Kabul/ between 09 July 09:00 - 14 July 2026 17:00 (UTC/GMT+3). You will be logged in with the candidate number and password given during the pre-registration phase.

Despite being on the main list, the final registrations (online) for graduates of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Summer School who were unable to complete their registration will be held on 01 September 09:00 - 02 September 2026 17:00 (UTC/GMT+3).

Candidates who do not complete their final registration within the specified dates will be considered to have forfeited their right to register.

Documents (PDF format) to be submitted by foreign students

  • Undergraduate diploma or approved graduation certificate (printout from e-government system is valid) (for final registration to the Master's program),
  • Master's degree diploma or approved graduation certificate (printout from e-government system is valid) (for final registration to the PhD program)
  • Diplomas obtained from universities outside of Türkiye must be accompanied by a Certificate of Equivalency. (Applicants who do not yet have a Certificate of Equivalency must upload a School Recognition Document obtained via e-Government. Students who fail to submit a Certificate of Equivalency by the end of the student's graduate date their enrollment terminated at the end of that semester.)
  • Valid proof of English language proficiency
    1. A valid English language proficiency certificate is a mandatory document for the final registration to doctoral programs.
    2. Master's applicants who are graduates of İstanbul Technical University (ITU) and are unable to submit a valid English language proficiency certificate during the application stage: Applicants who graduated from undergraduate programs of İstanbul Technical University (excluding the Turkish Music State Conservatory) and apply to a master's program within a maximum of two semesters following their graduation date are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency certificate upon request. Applicants covered by this provision may also benefit from the provisions of Article 33 upon request. During final registration, they must receive English proficiency exemption approval through the registration system. Applicants who do not provide this approval during final registration cannot request the exemption again.
    3. If there are applicants who have been admitted to a master's program, graduated from institutions other than ITU, and were unable to submit a valid English language proficiency certificate during the application stage, they may upload a valid English language proficiency certificate.
  • Photocopy of passport
  • Bank receipt showing that tuition fee has been paid. As stated in the announcement, the tuition fee should be paid to VakıfBank 09 July 09:00 - 14 July 2026 17:00 (UTC/GMT+3) with the student number.
  • You can pay the fees from Vakıfbank branches, ATM and internet banking. Please write your student number, name and surname in the explanation section of the receipt

Regarding students admitted to programs that require ALES, GRE, or GMAT scores

Students admitted under the international student quota may enroll without submitting ALES or GRE/GMAT scores. These students are considered to have been granted conditional admission. Within two semesters from the date of enrollment, they must either submit the minimum required ALES or GRE/GMAT score for the program to which they have been admitted or enroll in courses each semester and achieve a minimum GPA equivalent to BB by the end of the second semester. Students who fail to fulfill either of these requirements will have their affiliation with the University terminated.

Important Notes

  • Please do not pay to any IBAN number.
  • When paying the fee / tuition fee to the bank, students must specify their student numbers and also have their student numbers should be written on the receipt.
  • It is recommended that the bank receipt be kept by the student as it is mandatory to submit a bank receipt for the refund of the fee / tuition fee in some cases.

Important Disclosure

  • Except for non-thesis Master's programs, it is not possible to enroll and continue in more than one graduate program at the same time. Final registration will not be made for students who are enrolled in another program (except for students enrolled in non-thesis programs).
  • The final registration process of students based on documents will be canceled if it is later determined that the documents uploaded to the system during the pre-registration and final registration processes are fraudulent and/or do not reflect the truth.

Announcement About the 2026-2027 Fall Semester Graduate Students' New Cards

Students newly admitted to the 2026-2027 Education Year Fall Semester Graduate Programs (in the main list), can get their Student Cards by coming to the Card Center as of 16 July 2026 after the Final Registrations are completed.

For students to receive their card, their final registration for the graduate program must be completed.

International students must submit the original copies of the documents they uploaded to the system to the Directorate of Student Affairs

Announcement of Candidates Moved from the Reserve List to the Main List

Candidates who are moved from the reserve list to the main list will be announced on 17 July 2026.
