Registration of Prospective Students on the Main List who have the Right to Final Registration

Due to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the full names and surnames of the persons concerned are announced as encrypted. Please also check the results according to the candidate number.

All candidate students on the main list must complete the final registration on the website http://www.sis.itu.edu.tr/onkayitlar/LUKabul/Kabul/ between 3 February 2023. Candidate students who do not complete the final registration until 3 February 2023, 17:00 You will be logged in with the candidate number and password given during the pre-registration phase.

Documents (PDF format) to be submitted by foreign students

• Certificate of equivalence of the diploma if obtained other than Turkish Universities. Certificate of equivalence for the diploma can be submitted until the end of spring semester 2021-2022. Registered candidate who can not provide the diploma equivalency approved by Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK) until the end of spring semester 2021-2022 will be canceled.
• English proficiency result
• Photocopy of passport
• Bank receipt showing that 3250 TL tuition fee has been paid. As stated in the announcement, the tuition fee will be paid to VakıfBank 3 February 2023 with the student number.
• You can pay the fees from Vakıfbank branches, ATM and internet banking. Please write your student number, name and surname in the explanation section of the receipt

Important notes
When paying the fee / tuition fee to the bank, students must specify their student numbers and also have their student numbers written on the receipt.

It is recommended that the bank receipt be kept by the student as it is mandatory to submit a bank receipt for the refund of the fee / tuition fee in some cases.

Announcement About the 2022-2023 Spring Term Graduate Students' New Cards

Students newly admitted to the 2022-2023 Education Year Spring Semester Graduate Programs (in the main list) can get their Student Cards by coming to the Card Center as of February,15 2023 after the Final Registrations are completed.

Students who are transferred from Substitute to the Main can get their Student Cards by coming to the Card Center as of February 15, 2023, after their Final Registration is completed.

For students to receive their card, their final registration for the graduate program must be completed.

NOT: Cards will be printed and issued instantly when students arrive at the Card Center. Students who do not have a photograph in the ITU System should log in to portal.itu.edu.tr with their ITU username and password and follow the steps Personal Information > Account Information > Photo Processes, and upload their current photographs. Cards cannot be issued to students who do not have a photo in the system.
Graduate Students can also log in to the ITU Portal system via the e-government system.

Important Disclosure

The final registration process based on the documents of the students who are later found out that the documents uploaded to the system during the pre-registration and final registration phase are false and do not reflect the truth will be cancelled.
