Regarding the Student Amnesty Regulated by Law No. 7592

Law No. 7592 on Amendments to the Higher Education Law and Certain Other Laws was published in the Official Gazette dated 09 August 2026 and numbered 33335, and entered into force on the same date.

In accordance with the relevant Law and the Principles and Procedures issued by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) regarding Provisional Article 85, detailed information covering the application and registration process, as well as other relevant matters, will be announced on our University's website in line with the Senate Principles to be determined by the Senate of Istanbul Technical University.

Applications will be accepted online in accordance with these principles.
